After 30 days from the original purchase all sales are final. Sales before 30 days will be handled by customer service on a case by case basis.

New Eden reserves the right to temporarily reduce the price of each Product to one hundred dollars ($100.00) without prior notice to you to ensure that New Eden receives payment.

Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions

Shipping protection is available for purchase for $9.99 on all order options. When shipping [protection is ordered be advised. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered within the continental United States.  If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders made over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.

Please note: Your original order MUST be returned intact and UNOPENED to receive your full refund and you will still be liable for whatever product you opened and used even if you have purchased the shipping protection. After 15 days from the original purchase all sales are final.

Refund/ Return Policy 

 If at any time after you are not satisfied with the Merchandise for any reason, you may contact Customer Service Department - info@resultlshappen.org. If requesting a refund, the product must be unopened and seal on product pack may not be broken or damaged in anyway.   All requests for refunds will be handled by customer service and may require a return of unused/ un-opened Merchandise. Refund may not be available if more than 30 days have passed from the date the customer was billed for the Merchandise. An “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department by email. More stipulations to our refund/return policy are as follows:

I. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Merchandise ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted. Advanced Immune+ reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in New Eden  judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.

II. Depending on the bank that issues the credit or debit card you used, your refund can take up to three to five (3-5) business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.  If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by Advanced Immune+  please contact Customer Service Department via email with “Refund issue” in the subject line.  III: To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. If any products are shipped back to us without the corresponding RMA Number, the product will automatically be shipped back to you.

IV. We cannot process refunds for Advanced Immune+ purchased from trial program. Subsequent shipments do not carry a money back guarantee. You have up to 30 days after receiving your initial Advanced Immune+ product(s) to call and request a refund. For Returns (must include RMA#) from Customer Service Returns Department

** Please note that we are not responsible for any returned Merchandise that gets lost or stolen while in transit to us.  We recommend all returned Merchandise be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the Merchandise does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges.

Reversals and Chargebacks

We consider charge backs and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services and as such will be treated.  We reserve the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate.  Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services
